Get Help on the Web

The UCit Help Desk strives to provide exceptional customer service to the University students, faculty, and staff via e-mail, telephone, and the Help Desk web pages. The Help Desk web site is a great source of information. It contains up-to-date system and network outage information, as well as important announcements and the UCit Help Desk hours of operation. The Help Desk has added a Helpful_links page that points to frequently requested support documents, ranging from informational to in in-depth walk through instructions for specific topics such as e-mail web access. Helpful_links is updated as new applications and processes or information are available.
