I have often said, "Change is the only constant in information technology." But I see the 2007-08 AY as a year of continuing, significant change in IT @ UC and hence, in the way the university does business. With all that is going on, I want to focus attention (the university’s and UCit’s) on three major waves of change: technology-rich teaching & learning; building on UC Flex; ubiquitous and more powerful telecommunications.
