Leveraging the University's Investment in Gartner Research

Last year, UCit installed the Gartner.com portal at https://www.uc.edu/ucit/gartner/login.aspx to provide UC students, faculty, and staff with enhanced and no-cost access to IT research and industry analysis.
Gartner Research is the leading provider of research and analysis on the use of Information Technology in almost all disciplines. Gartner analysts distill large volumes of data into clear and usable advice for practitioners. Their research reports are the equivalent of another respected journal.
Faculty can incorporate Gartner resources in their curricula and recommend that UC students consult Gartner for their papers, presentations, and research. Campus managers and IT staff can use Gartner as an external reference for institutional strategy and positioning as well as the benchmarking and assessment of IT services.
