UniverSIS Web Site Offers Answers

If you have ever wondered where to find information about UniverSIS, http://www.uc.edu/universis/documentation.asp is the place for you. The site caters to users who need to know how to navigate through UniverSIS.
Major users, such as Admissions, Financial Aid, the Registrar, and Student Accounts, have contributed "how to" articles concerning procedures related to their offices. There are also interesting general interest articles, including "The Magic of Mail Merge," "Interactive Job Scheduler," and "Service Request User Documentation."

Service Request System hosts the sign-in page for access to the Service Request System. Inside, a user may request sysem maintenance or enhancements.
