DeskTop RoadMap Presentations Scheduled

UCit DeskTop Services has invited five prominent PC vendors (Apple, Dell, Gateway, HP, and IBM) to come by and share with us a road map of where they are and what's around the bend with their products. The presentations will focus on PCs, laptops, handheld devices, monitors, and other desktop peripherals. The vendors will be displaying some of their models and sharing with us the advantages of using their products. We anticipate presentations that will enable users to be more efficient, with information on self help, simplifying deployment, system security, system restoration, integrated wireless technology, wireless network security, and more.
At press time, the IBM presentation has already been held on December 3rd. The remaining presentations are scheduled to be held in 454 University Hall, from 1 pm until 3 pm, on the following dates:
