Based on different user security levels, some or all of the following navigational elements will be available:

• Logout. Each user has the option to log out.
  
• Manage Information. Each user can manage information entered by himself/herself. Only those with “Approval” status can view information entered by other persons.
  
• Manage Persons. Each user can Add or Edit person information. These are persons about whom information is written and not persons who have access to the system.
• Manage Themes. Only those with Admin status can Create or Edit Themes.
  
• Manage Admin Users. Only those with Admin status can Create or Edit Users.
  
• Manage Admin Units. Only those with Admin status can Create or Edit an Admin Unit.
