University Calendar

The University Calendar is the official calendar of events. It is intended to provide complete information about UC events for the campus community and the general public.

Search for an Event

Use the search box in the grey banner area of the calendar to find a specific event. Type in all or part of the name and then click “Go.”

Get Event Details

Click on an event name, and a new window with detailed information about the event will launch.

View Event Information

The default calendar view (calendar.uc.edu) shows major university events by date for the current week.

Using the calendar navigation, you can adjust your view in the following ways:

  • Choose “Events by Week” or locations by day or week from the bottom navigation bar.

  • Use the calendar image in the upper left-hand corner to choose a specific day, week or month.

  • Click the arrows each side of the calendar title/date to view a different week.

Topical Calendars

Choose one of the subject areas listed under “Select a Calendar” or "College Events" to view a variety of calendars with information specific to an audience, category or college. Note that additional items will be included on these calendars which may not appear on the University Calendar.

View Location Information

Click on either the “Locations by Day” or Locations by Week” link (bottom navigation bar) to view campus spaces where events are held. The default view shows the Alms Buildings spaces available on today’s date. Use the drop-down navigation bar to choose different buildings. Navigation within the Locations view is similar to the Events view in the following ways:

  • Choose “Day” or “Week” view from the bottom navigation bar to see location usage for the chosen time period.

  • Use the calendar image in the upper left-hand corner to choose a specific day, week or month.

  • Click the arrows each side of the calendar title/date to view a different week.

  • Click on the Location name for a separate window that contains detailed information about the location.
