The Series25 Access Request Form (PDF) must be submitted to authorize the Series 25 System security privileges for persons using the R25 client software. (To view this file, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free download.) It takes up to five days to process this form. The applicant will be contacted for training.

If you are the first person requesting access to your departmental resources within R25, a meeting will be scheduled so the rooms can be established. This can take up to one month.
In addition, each department must designate at least one calendar contact to access the Calendar of Events. This contact will be responsible for overseeing the entry of events held by that department.
