Guidelines
The Summer Graduate Student Fellowship Program provides summer stipend support to outstanding graduate students. The funding is provided so that the awardee may pursue scholarly activities on a full-time basis during the Summer months. The stipend level is $3,000 for July and August ($1,500 per month). The proposed research should be that of the student, including, but not limited to thesis and dissertation research. Awards are not for student research assistants on faculty members` projects.The fellowships are competitive and based on a written proposal prepared by the student and sponsored by the faculty member acting as research advisor. Fellowships are limited to graduate students who are engaged full-time on their research during the period of the award.Applications and additional program information may be obtained by downloading the PDF file below.
