How can peer advocates help?

• Provide campus and community advocacy services to victims of sexual assault, including support, court and legal advocacy, and hospital accompaniment.
  
• Provide non-threatening information on police, medical, and legal procedures.
  
• Inform survivors of available community resources as indicated by individual needs and assist with referrals to community agencies when appropriate or requested by the victim.
  
• Maintain confidential records related to the provision of services and recieve ongoing supervision by the sexual assault response coordinator (SARC).

Support Groups

All groups are free and confidential!
