EMPLOYEE  HEALTH INFORMATION

University of Cincinnati employees that need immunizations or PPD test required for their job, may come to University Health Services (UHS) Holmes Clinic.  Corporation employees should call for more information. 513-584-4457

Departments of the University of Cincinnati that require new employment physicals may also send their employees to UHS. Please have the supervisor call 513-584-4457 (M-F  8:00am - 4:30 pm) to schedule an appointment at the UHS Holmes clinic,  be prepared to leave name, phone number and mail location of the employee, and advise the new employee to bring along any immunization records that they may have.

Annual surveillance physicals are done for all University of Cincinnati employees who may be exposed to asbestos or are required to wear respirators on their job. The Asbestos physical is scheduled at the University Health Services, located in the Holmes Building, 1st floor. (513-584-4457) M-F  8:00am - 4:30pm
