Connie Moody - Director

Connie Moody, the Director of REACH, received her B.S. in Psychology from Xavier University and her MSW from the University of Cincinnati. She is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW). Connie has worked as the Director of REACH since July, 2003 and has over 22 years experience in the Mental Health field working with a variety of client populations. She provides counseling to all University of Cincinnati employees including employees at Raymond Walters College and often comes in early to see 3rd shift employees. Connie has 2 adult children. Siobhan Ryan-Perry- Counselor                          

Siobhan Ryan-Perry is originally from Dublin, Ireland. She has been living in Cincinnati for the past 12 years with her husband, 3 children and step daughter. Siobhan received her BSW from Northern Kentucky University in 1999 and her MSW from the University of Cincinnati in 2003. She is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Ohio and a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor (CCDC1), Ohio. Siobhan has many years of experience assisting people with mental health and substance abuse issues and has worked with all age groups but especially children, adolescents and young adults. She is a guardian Ad Litem for neglected and abused children and hopes someday to pursue a law degree so she can continue to advocate for children and families. Joel Smith - Counselor

Joel Smith, MSW, joined the REACH team in October of 2006.  Joel brings a wide variety of experience and skill to the program.  Joel received his BSW from the College of Mount Saint Joseph in 2000, and his MSW from the University of Cincinnati in 2005.  Joel performed his graduate training in child and family counseling and works as a contract therapist specializing in child and family issues.   Joel has over 6 years of experience working in the child welfare system.  Joel is married and has two daughters.  He understands the challenges associated with work/life balance.
