Notes for Contributors

The International Journal of Urban Educational Leadership is a peer-reviewed electronic journal. We invite the submission of manuscripts and other multimedia representations of inquiry that contribute to the knowledge base of urban educational leadership issues.

Documents submitted for publication should be sent via electronic mail as an attachment to the Editor of the Journal at james.koschoreck@uc.edu. Accompanying information within the text of the email should include the authors name, affiliated institution, and telephone number(s). Contributing authors should also include a brief (50-75 words) biographical sketch.

All references to the author should be omitted from the document in order to ensure anonymity in the review process. Traditional manuscripts should follow the form and style set forth in the American Psychological Association Publication Manual (5th edition), including a 100 word abstract. Manuscripts should normally be between 5,000 and 7,000 words, excluding references.

Manuscripts and other documents submitted for inclusion in the International Journal of Urban Educational Leadership should not concurrently be under consideration by any other journal.

Authors are expected to grant copyright to the International Journal of Urban Educational Leadership. Once the document has been published electronically by IJUEL, however, the author may request permission from the Editor of the Journal to use the work elsewhere.

The submission of manuscripts from outside the United States is encouraged.
