Conference Goals:
To examine critiques of leadership preparation programs and to assess their fundamental recommendations and to identify the potential implications of those recommendations for Ohio ’s leadership preparation programs.
To examine the current scholarship on educational leadership preparation and to identify ways in which that scholarship is or should be incorporated into educational administration curriculum.
To identify specific policy and practice recommendations for consideration by educational leaders within Ohio ’s higher education institutions.
