Student Performance Ranking	The District and all of its schools are accredited and in good standing with SACS/CASI, a division of AdvancED. A total of 125 JCPS schools are rated as successful based on CATS scores. In the annual JCPS survey, parents rated their satisfaction with their childs school at 3.28 on a four-point scale.

Recent Initiatives	JCPS will enhance student engagement by implementing Care for Kids at the elementary and middle school levels and by implementing a districtwide student assignment plan that will assure diversity in all schools. In addition, the district is developing 22 new elementary magnet programs and redesigning high schools to include freshman academies.
