John Grisham

Wouldn't it be thrilling to write the plot of a box office, Hollywood movie? Have you ever dreamed of publishing your very own novel? Fortunately for Mr. John Grisham, these fantasies have become a reality; and more times than just once.
Twenty-one. That's the number of books Grisham has published since 1989. Twelve of these have developed into motion pictures and one went on to become a television series. Overall, you would probably consider Mr. Grisham a successful man. You would also most likely say University of Cincinnati law students were treated when they were given an hour long "q & a" with him. I joined the seventy law students for their guest speaker special. For me, it was relieving to see how down-to-earth Grisham conducted himself.
As the law students awaited their face-to-face with the bestselling author, they became more anxious. They passed time by eating their free lunch and playing games offered at the Catskeller. However, it was obvious to me that the highlight of the day would be listening to the words of a household name, Mr. John Grisham.
