Look for the blue
It's rare to find a college student who doesn't own a cell phone. But what if the one day you need it most you don't have it? If you find yourself on campus in an emergency or in an uncomfortable situation, no need to fear. There are two hundred blue help phones throughout the University of Cincinnati that will put you in direct contact with the Public Safety Division at the touch of a single button.
