The Joseph A. Steger Student Life Center is designed to provide a mix of student services and amenities. In addition to doubling the space previously available for student organization offices, it includes a Starbucks, student technology resource center (computer lab), the Philip M. Meyers, Jr. Memorial Gallery, Business on Main (computer store), and a Subway. Together with Swift Hall (on the left) the new center embodies a key feature of UC's campus design -- the engineering of architectural forms to bridge past and present. |
