وهو مقر إدارة " التحاق الطلاب غير المتخرجين والمساعدة المالية" والمكان الذي يمكن للطلاب فيه تسديد الفواتير وإضافة أو إلغاء تسجيلهم في المواد الدراسية، والكثير من الأمور الأخرى. ويضم المبنى الإداري (University Pavilion) كذلك مركز تنمية المستقبل المهني، وخدمات التدريس الخاص، ومركز الاختبارات، وخدمات الإعاقة، والكثير من الوظائف الأخرى المتعلقة بالطلاب.
وهو بحق مركز شامل (one stop) لكل الشئون الطلابية. وفي واقع الأمر، عند الانتهاء من المبنى الإداري، أصبحت جامعة سينسيناتي إحدى جامعات ثلاثة على المستوى القومي لديها مثل هذا المركز الشامل للشئون الطلابية.

In this building, you can take care of almost any academic business you might have at UC.
It’s home to Financial Aid and Undergraduate Admissions. It’s the place where students can pay bills, add or drop classes and much more. University Pavilion also houses the Career Development Center, Tutoring Services, the Testing Center, Disabilities Services and many other student-oriented functions.
It really is the student “one stop” center. In fact, when University Pavilion was finished, UC was one of only three campuses nationwide that had such a “one stop” center for students.
