Faculty Advisor: Anita Krishnan South Asian Arts Collaborative Purpose / Description The primary goal of this organization is to bring forth and maintain an understanding the range of South Asian arts from dance, spoken word, musical performances, fashion, cinema and graphic presentation. Through this venue students will receive a level of access to compete in intercollegiate competitions demonstrating mastery of skill in such arts as well as bring forth awareness of the arts through visitations of skilled and professional performers in an effort to seek continuing education. Ultimately, this group hopes to promote awareness and provide further interest in the South Asian arts for all.
