College Day is an opportunity for you to meet classmates within your specific college, meet faculty, administrators, and your academic advisor, as well as learn the expectations that your college has of you!
College Day activities will begin immediately after New Student Convocation, which will end around 11am. See information listed about your college below.
College of Arts & Sciences
Time: 11:00am
Location: Fifth Third Arena
Details: Student will participate in the common reading panel discussion at Fifth Third Arena immediately following New Student Convocation. Lunch will then follow on Sigma Sigma Commons. After lunch students will participate in small group book discussions, as well as academic advisor and major meetings.

Time: 11:00am
Location: French West, by the School of Social Work
Details: Students will meet at French West, by the School of Social Work, immediately following New Student Convocation. Students will then walk or take the shuttle to East Campus, where lunch will be served on University Commons and activities will take place in French East.

Location: 407 Annie Laws, Teacher's College
Details: Students will meet in Annie Laws for lunch and then proceed to Zimmer Auditorium for additional College Day activities

Details: Students will meet for a first-year class photo on Sigma Sigma Commons. Lunch will then be held on the Schneider Quadrangle, and College Day activities will then be held in Great Hall, Tangeman University Center.

Details: MANDATORY FOR ALL LINDNER COLLEGE OF BUSINESS FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS
We welcome your arrival to Lindner Hall’s 1st floor lobby IMMEDIATELY following Convocation for lunch on Friday, August 24. Please plan to be with us until around 4 p.m. to participate in fun, educational and team building activities designed to prepare you for your first day of classes and beyond. This is your initiation into the Lindner College of Business and Project Fast Track and it’s also a vital opportunity to get to know faculty, staff and fellow business students.
