The Women's Initiatives Network (WIN) formed in 2001, serving faculty, staff, student, and alumni organizations and units on campus dedicated to serving women.

WIN collaborates across the university and the community to expand opportunities for women's growth, leadership and power within safe and supportive university environments, as consistent with the goals of UC/21.
