Our Vision is to promote advocacy, opportunities, empowerment, and equity for all women (students, faculty, staff, administrators, & alumnae) of the University of Cincinnati.

Our Mission is to provide centralized coordination of activities, projects and programs that seek to achieve equity in pay, promotion, student scholarships, space, and committee representation for UC women.

Our Goals:

To provide visibility for the contributions and accomplishments of UC women.

To promote mentoring of UC women.

To enhance communication among women at UC.

To provide advocacy and assistance for the recruitment and retention of women at all levels in the University.

To evaluate and make recommendations regarding the status and treatment of women at UC.

To increase the number of women as Chairs, Directors, Dean, Officers of the University, and Board of Trustees members.

To increase women's participation in the development of policies and procedures at UC.

To obtain centralized, permanent funds for projects that promote the vision stated above.
