UC Women's Institute for Leadership Development (WILD)

The Women’s Initiatives Network (WIN) is offering a seven-month leadership program designed to prepare mid-career faculty and staff women for senior leadership in higher education and to assure they are perceived as ready for higher level positions within UC. First offered in 2000, the recently revitalized WILD program continues the original program’s intent to assist UC women in advancing to senior academic and administrative positions.

Women's Institute for Leadership Development Higher Education Collaborative (WILD HEC)

Women’s Institute for Leadership Development Higher Education Collaborative (WILD HEC) was designed to establish a strong network of women in the Greater Cincinnati higher education community. The program exposes women in professional roles to the administrative structure and environment of a college or university.

WILD HEC is a regional collaboration between Xavier University, Northern Kentucky University, College Mt. St. Joseph, Cincinnati State Technical Community College, Miami University and University of Cincinnati (Blue Ash campus). The program consists of one 2-3 hour session per month. The sessions begin at 4:00 p.m. and are hosted on a rotating basis by participating institutions.
