                Conference Goals  
       
  Reach out to approximately 75 women students enrolled in IS/IT disciplines (or possibly interested in these fields) at Miami, UC, and Xavier. Provide a forum for discussion of academic and career options, as well as professional and personal issues that pertain to women in technology  
       
  Reach out to approximately 100 high school junior and senior girls and guidance counselors, helping provide direction to female students preparing to enter college to thereby raise potential enrollment in IT/IS disciplines at the university level.  
       
  Provide high profile corporations the opportunity to assist in educating participants on the need for women to have continued involvement in the field of technology, and to allow for sourcing of high caliber students for potential employment opportunities.
