Women's Risk Needs Assessment Training
The University of Cincinnati Corrections Institute (UCCI) offers a 3½-day gender-responsive risk needs training package. The training covers: 1) evidence-based practices; 2) gender-responsive principles and practices; 3) an overview of the tool (including administration and scoring); 4) motivational interviewing and skills of good listening; and 5) gender-responsive case planning. Gender-Responsive Principles and Practices Training

Web-based Women's Risk Needs Assessment Orientation and Consulting
The University of Cincinnati has partnered with the National Institute of Corrections to offer FREE individualized orientation and consulting sessions to agencies interested in learning more about the Women's Risk Needs Assessment. Coaching Sessions
UCCI now offers coaching sessions for those agencies who would like to or are in the process of implementing the Women's Risk Needs Assessments.
