UCCI staff will also discuss the agencies readiness to utilize in a gender-responsive risk needs assessment.

Implementation Plan Development

UCCI staff are available to faciliate the development of an agency implemenation plan for the WRNA. Through a number of site visits and web-based conferences, agency personnel will be guided through the development of a customized implementation plan that focuses on thoughtful application of the WRNA and sustainability of the endeavor.

UCCI also provides an intermediate implementation support level. This affords agencies the opportunity to have UCCI staff available for a total of 40 hours of remote support. This assistance may be utilized through documentation review and feedback, webinars, conference calls, etc. in order to support the agency's application of the WRNA.

Interview Review and Coaching

UCCI staff are available to review video recordings of interviewers conducting WRNAs and accompanying case plans. Results will be provided in written form as well as by conference call. Ongoing remote coaching in interview, assessment, and case planning skills is also available.
