This helpful team of real estate professionals, Melanie and Kait, will prepare you to buy your first home. Topics include: current market conditions, the role of realtors, determining what you want, tips on what to look for at a showing, inspections, and making a great offer. You will gain an understanding of the pre-approval process, required documentation, basics of credit, breakdown of monthly payments, and down payment options. Both instructors enjoy working with first-time buyers and have specialized in helping restaurant employees make the most of home-buying resources.

Melanie is currently working as a realtor licensed in Kentucky and Ohio. She is educated in home buying and selling, especially assisting first-time home buyers and individuals relocating to Cincinnati.
