Quick or cold pickling is a brilliant solution for preserving the plethora of harvest vegetables from the market or your garden. Quick pickling doesn’t require canning when refrigerated and you don’t need a bushel of vegetables, so you can prepare a little bit of whatever is fresh in season.  Join chefs Rebecca Denney and Mona Bronson Fuqua and dive a little deeper in the brine. In this class, we will explore making a traditional cold cucumber pickle, pickled beets, and one other pickle requested by our first pickling class. There is no pre-requisite for taking this class, but if you were in Pickling 101, please come back for this dilly of a second class!
