The big game is a day for family, friends and a little culinary indulgence. Learn how to whip up some great dips, sauces for wings and meatballs, and other traditional snacks (with a flare) to carry you from kickoff to the final goal.

Mona Bronson-Fuqua is CEO and Chef of Je Nais Se Fuqua LLC. Chef Mona combines her culinary passion with a desire to help others overcome food insecurities as a chef instructor for Cooking for the Family through St. Francis Seraph Ministries.
Rebecca Denney

Rebecca is the founder of Paleolicious and a personal chef at The Modern Farmhouse Kitchen. Her mission is to show people they can eat amazing food that just happens to be better for their health.
