Colored Pencil Drawing


Kay Worz teaches a several drawing classes using different drawing mediums, including pencil and charcoal for human figure drawing, and colored pencils for basic drawing. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced artist, Kay provides plenty of one-on-one attention to help you bring your skills forward by learning a new technique or approach.

Colored pencils are a great way to control color while achieving a professional finished work of art. Their versatility can portray a softness or a bold look. In this class, you will learn some helpful tips to create the finished style you want. And the best part–pencils are easy to use and take with you, for drawing on the go. Subject matter will be provided, or you may bring a photo of something you’d like to draw.

Kay Worz is a well-established, nationally recognized Cincinnati artist known for her calli-graphic style of watercolor paintings. She has served as President of the Cincinnati Art Club and recently received the honor of "Illustrator of the Year."
