Our purpose is to advocate for diverse voices, to create spaces for discussion in order to foster inclusion, to implement innovative approaches to promote equity on campus, and to develop a sense of community among all students at the University of Cincinnati.
As the university moves forward, we strive to cultivate a culture of inclusivity and equity on campus that ensures #NextLivesHere is an attainable reality for all students.
Student Diversity & Inclusion Council is a fun and exciting way to drive Innovation, Inclusion, and Impact at the University of Cincinnati through extracurricular activities designed to engage the student community tin discourse around diversity, equity, and inclusion. SDIC empowers students to enhance feelings of belonging; advances students' agency to impact positive change; increases cultural competence among the student body and; encourages personal accountability for behaving in a manner consistent with the University of Cincinnati's value of inclusive excellence.
