- Welcome new members Rodney Harris and Josh Copley Student Body President

- Recognized the loss of Deputy Larry Henderson who was tragically killed while working a detail for UC commencements. Dudley also commends the officers working through this difficult tragedy
Crime Trend Update

CSR NIBRS Offenses
- YTD: slight uptick in both Property and Person Offenses. Society Offenses decrease by 39%
- 5 Year Average: Slight increase in Property and Person and Society Offenses are 13% lower
NIBRS Offenses: Society
- Society offenses are decreasing in both the YTD and 5 year average time frame
- Trespassing can fluctuate in the wintertime
- Our largest increases are only 3 % in drug/narcotic violations & weapon law violations.
CSR NIBRS Offenses: Person
- Our Robbery numbers are increasing by 3. Robberies and Personal assaults typically happening in areas after bar closes We continue to monitor
- Our simple assaults account for our largest increase.
CSR NIBRS Offenses: Property
- Destruction and vandalism is down also theft from motor vehicles are down
- Shoplifting reports up 45 primarily from Kroger, Walgreen, CVS and Target
CSR NIBRS Offenses: Robbery
- Robbery, Burgluary& assaults are being monitored.
- Burglary has been happening on south and east side of campus.
- Method of entry lately has been through windows and most commonly taken items are PlayStation, Xbox etc.

Uses of Force, Investigations and Complaints

Use of Force
- April 1, 2025: Police Officers used physical force on a subject that interfered with a free speech demonstrator. The subject was taken to the ground and arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.
- Consistent with training and Use of Force Policy
- May 13, 2025: Police Officers used physical force to gain control of a subject involved with fighting 8-10 others subjects on the East Concourse of Fifth Third Arena during a High School Graduation. Officers also had to utilize the ARC display of a Taser to gain control of the situation.

Display of Force
- March 18, 2025: A Police Officer displayed his Taser at a subject while attempting to flee the scene after committing a Theft
- Consistent with training and Use of Force Policy
- April 16, 2025: Police Officer displayed their firearm at a subject threatening a complainant at Gettler Stadium.
- Consistent with training and Use of Force Policy
- April 20, 2025: Police Officers displayed their firearm at a subject threatening others with a handgun on West McMillan Street. Subject brandished a silver handgun.
- Consistent with training and Use of Force Policy
- May 7, 2025: Police Officer displayed his Taser at a subject that was fighting with 8-10 other subjects on the East Concourse of the Fifth Third Arena during a High School Graduation.
