University of Cincinnati Young Professionals is a community of young alumni who have graduated within the last ten years. This group provides resources, networking and service opportunities, social events and more! We are:
Social - offering incredible events to engage with others in the beginning stages of dynamic careers.
Networked - with unique opportunities to leverage professional relationships and take leadership roles within the Alumni Association.
Career Building - through multiple opportunities for continuing education and automatic connection to the Alumni Association of your college board.
Philanthropic - service opportunities and the responsibility of raising funds for scholarships like the Kacher Bloom Scholarship.

Having joined Merrill Lynch in 1994, Troy has dedicated himself to providing clients with the finest individually tailored approach to investing and risk management. Troy is a 1991 graduate of the University of Cincinnati Lindner College of Business. In 2002, Troy earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. He is President Elect of the University of Cincinnati Alumni Association and is President of the Alumni Board of Governors and a member of the Dean's Business Advisory Council for the University of Cincinnati Lindner College of Business. He is also a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board at University of Cincinnati Blue Ash, Sigma Chi Alumni Chapter Board as well as Vice President of the Lincoln W. Pavey Educational Foundation. Troy serves on both Staff Parrish Council and Building Committee at Church of the Saviour United Methodist in Montgomery. He also served as a board member and capital campaign committee member for the Starfire Council of Greater Cincinnati, a nonprofit organization benefitting adults with developmental disabilities. Troy, his wife Michele, and their two daughters reside in Montgomery.
As a Merrill Lynch Financial Advisor, Evan has offered financial strategies to successful individuals and families since joining the firm in 2009. In his efforts to be a preeminent leader in the advisory industry, Evan has attained and been recognized as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.
Evan is very involved with his alma mater, the University of Cincinnati, serving on various boards and committees including the Carl H. Lindner Honors-PLUS Program, the University of Cincinnati Alumni Association Finance & Budget Committee, and the Greek Affairs Alumni Council. He is also a big runner and cyclist competing in races and fundraising endurance events year-round in the region.
