I work with students struggling with a variety of concerns, including; anxiety and mood concerns, relationship problems, traumatic experiences, academic distress, eating and body image concerns. Areas of particular interest include; womenâs concerns, exploration of the different parts of your identity and who you want to be in the world, international student experiences, spiritual concerns, and mindfulness/meditative practices.
My approach to therapy is integrative. I think it is crucial to create an atmosphere of safety and mutual trust. I will work with you to find and claim your own voice. We will explore how the background of society, culture, and early life experiences affects you. Together, we will identify ways for you to cope with difficult experiences and move toward living a life that feels intentional and more fulfilling.
I love dancing, hiking, pickling, and spending time with my dog.
