"Don't Set Yourself on Fire to Keep Others Warm: Self Compassion and Mindfulness for Everyone" is a presentation by Dr. Chris Hanes of UC's Counseling and Psychological Services, and Lori Bishop-Ley from the Student Wellness Center.
