For full-time co-op positions in Engineering, IT, and Design, post your job in PAL. PALĀ (Professional Assessment and Learning) is a custom-built database for managing co-op positions and assessment at the University of Cincinnati.

For part-time co-ops or internships, part-time jobs, full-time (post-graduation) jobs and all other positions, post your job in Handshake.

Handshake is a powerful campus recruiting platform that gives you access to a wide and diverse pool of student talent.

Chances are your company has a Handshake account already, but if not, you can create a Handshake account and request to connect with the University of Cincinnati. Through Handshake, you can post jobs, review applicants, message students, and much more.

Using Handshake as a UC On-Campus Employer

Set up your account

Log in

To log into Handshake as a UC campus employer:

  1. Go to the UC Handshake login page
  2. Below the blue button, click "sign in with your email address" (see screenshot below)
