The fair takes place in the gymnasium of the Campus Recreation Center (CRC) in the center of campus.
Registration will open in mid-summer.
Once registration opens, employers will be able to view details and register through the widely-used recruiting platform Handshake.

Recruit for co-ops, internships, and full-time permanent positions at UC’s largest recruiting event of the year. More than 2,000 students are expected to attend each day. UC students are well-prepared, and many have prior experience in professional work settings.
Professional Day focuses majors in Business and Arts and Sciences. Technical Days focus on majors in Engineering and Information Technology.
Interview Day enables recruiters to interview qualified candidates right away. You may conduct up to 12 interviews per table in 30-minute blocks from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and you may request interview tables at no additional charge.
All registrants receive complimentary parking and shuttle, continental breakfast, lunch, beverages, snacks, and wireless Internet access.
Interviews take place on the Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the gymnasium of the Campus Recreation Center.
If you have reserved one or more interview tables, you will receive a two-part form when you arrive. The form is pre-printed with 30-minute interview slots. Some recruiters like to fill in their interview schedule(s) as the day goes on; others prefer to contact their top candidates after the fair to schedule interviews. Either way, it is your responsibility to contact your candidates directly to schedule interviews with them. Be sure to tell them that the interview will take place on the lower level of the Campus Recreation Center (same location as the main fair). Advise them to arrive 15 minutes early.
On Friday morning, give one copy of the interview schedule to our staff and keep the other copy for yourself. Students who have an interview will wait in a waiting area until you call them over.
We ask that all interviews end by 3:00 p.m. as we start breaking down the room at that time.
Shipping to the Fair
You may ship materials in advance, and your packages will be delivered to your career fair booth for you. Ship items to arrive September 16 through September 22. Include return shipping labels inside your packages. We do not assume responsibility for mishandled or misplaced packages.

Shipping from the Fair
At the close of the fair, securely pack, seal, and label your packages. UC Central Receiving will pick up your packages and route them to the appropriate carrier.

Payments and Cancellations: Fall 2019 Fair
Payment is due September 13. Payment may be made by credit card or check. You will receive an invoice and a link to pay securely online upon approval of your career fair registration. If you prefer to pay by check, make check payable to “University of Cincinnati” and mail to University of Cincinnati, P.O. Box 210115, Cincinnati OH 45221-0115.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations received on or before September 6, 2019, will not pay the registration fee, or if payment has already been made, will receive a full refund. Cancellations received September 7 through September 13 will be charged 50% of the registration fee or receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after September 13 will pay 100% of the registration fee and will NOT receive a refund. Cancellations must be approved in writing by Suzanne Schindler or Patti Carroll.
Weather policy: In the unlikely event of a University closure, the career fair may still take place. In the case of a University closure on any day of the fair, refunds will be issued, for that day only, only if the University cancels the fair on that day specifically. In other words, for refund purposes, each day is considered separately.
