During the month of September, Campus Recreation is offering FREE Boot Camp classes in Nippert Stadium.
Class will take place:
September 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24 & 26
8:00 - 8:45 a.m.
Join Campus Rec’s Group Fitness instructors to kick start your fall semester fitness. Boot camp will include a dynamic warm-up, cardio intervals and strength training. All fitness levels are welcome! Attend 6 out of 8 classes and receive a t-shirt. By attending 6 classes, you will also be entered to win a FitBit Versa! This program is open to all - no Campus Recreation membership required!
