As the UC community advocate for fitness and health, Campus Rec continues to build a healthier UC community through fitness and education.

Spring Fitness Challenge

200 Minutes for 200 Years!

Join Campus Rec by participating in this four week fitness challenge! The goal will be to collect 200 minutes of activity each week, for four week, begining Monday, March 25. 

Activities include:

  • Group Fitness Classes
  • Swimming laps
  • Open recreation on the fitness floor
  • Intramurals and Rock Climbing!

All activities must be signed off by a Campus Rec staff member

Every member who completes the challenge will earn a 'Happy, Healthy and Having Fun' water bottle and be entered to win a FitBit Versa!

Completed cards will be returned to the Member Services desk at the Campus Recreation Center or at the Fitness Center at CARE/Crawley.

Pet Therapy Thursday

During the first Thursday of each month, Campus Recreation shares the joy of Therapy Dogs with the University of Cincinnati community. Come on through the Campus Recreation Center Breezeway from Noon - 1:00 p.m. on the following days to spend a little time with our furry friends.

Group Fitness Classes

FREE classes every day of the week!

Our group fitness instructors will lead you through a fun and exciting workout, no matter which class you attend! Group fitness classes are included in your membership! Be sure to check out our schedule and the class descriptions to find the class that best fits your needs. From Strength, Cycling, Mind/Body, Zumba┬« and other dance classes you can't go wrong!
