As the UC community advocate for fitness and health, Campus Rec continues to build a healthier UC community through fitness and education.

Outdoor Boot Camp

During the month of September, Campus Recreation is offering FREE Boot Camp classes running in Nippert Stadium. Join Campus Rec’s Group Fitness instructors & personal trainers, Naomi and Dan to kick start your fall semester fitness. Boot camp will include a dynamic warm-up, cardio intervals and strength training. All fitness levels are welcome!

Attend 6/8 classes and earn a t-shirt!

Our group fitness instructors will lead you through a fun and exciting workout, no matter which class you attend! Group fitness classes are included in your membership! Be sure to check out our schedule and the class descriptions to find the class that best fits your needs. From Strength, Cycling, Mind/Body, Zumba® and other dance classes you can't go wrong!

Pet Therapy Thursday

During the first Thursday of each month, Campus Recreation shares the joy of Therapy Dogs with the University of Cincinnati community. Come on through the Campus Recreation Center Breezeway from Noon - 1:00 p.m. on the following days to spend a little time with our furry friends.
