During the month of September, Campus Recreation is offering FREE Boot Camp classes running in Nippert Stadium. Join Campus Rec’s Group Fitness instructors & personal trainers, Naomi and Dan to kick start your fall semester fitness. Boot camp will include a dynamic warm-up, cardio intervals and strength training. All fitness levels are welcome!
