30 Minute Workout Area
Expected Opening: March 2020
Location: Level 1 in the current breezeway space across from Member Services
Space Summary: This spring, we will open a convenient full body workout area that includes a 30-minute circuit of strength and cardio stations. This quick and simple circuit will allow you to get results, and sneak in a workout even when you’re short on time.
Functional Fitness Space
Expected Opening: Fall 2020
Location: Level 2 in the current racquetball courts 1-4 (courts 5-6 and squash will remain open courts)
Space Summary: This fall, we will open a new workout area including a little bit of everything including cardio equipment (no more waiting to get the machine you want), free weights, stretching, a functional training area an improved high intensity interval training (HIIT) studio.
