Group Fitness Etiquette
- Please arrive on-time for all classes to ensure a proper warm-up and to get the most out of your workout!
- For Cycling classes, please meet Fitness Floor staff outside of the MPR approxinately 15 minutes prior to class time, to get a Cycling Ticket, which reserves your bike.
- Please bring your own mat for all yoga and PiYo classes. We do have extra just in case!
- Don’t forget to wipe down all borrowed equipment before returning it to the equipment closet.
