How do I request access?

Requesting Access To Catalyst System
System What it Does How to Request
Catalyst Student Information System Contains admissions processed data, curriculum management, records and enrollment, financial aid, student financials (billing/collections) and academic advising.

Access to Catalyst has been granted to all current full-time and part-time faculty. Access the new system by logging in at: https://catalyst.uc.edu.

If additional access outside of the faculty role is needed, you can request it here.

Catalyst Reporting Tool (CaRT) Makes data in Catalyst available to end-users for reporting purposes. If you would like to request access, please fill out the CaRT System Access Request Form and forward to your supervisor for signature. Your supervisor must submit this form for review and approval. Please allow up to five business days for this process to occur.


What kind of training do I need for access?

All faculty will automatically gain access to Catalyst. The Catalyst Faculty Center Quick Guide is available to assist you with familarizing yourself with relevant functionality.
