How do I log in? 

First – look at your email. We sent you a link and a login. It may be hanging out in your inbox or deleted items folder. Next, ask your Super User. Finally, call the Help Desk at 6-6346.

What do I do if I forgot my password, user name, or login link?

How do I enter a call report? 

The Prospect Management Team will be hosting clinics. Grab your laptop and visit Craig & his team during their clinics. Check the handout you received during training or visit www.uc.edu/foundation/icats for dates and times.

What if I can’t locate a gift? 

Did you check the revenue filters? When you look up a constituent and browse to the revenue section, there are filters to display gifts. Ensure that the filters are all off and look again. Also, be sure to look at ‘recognition credit’ too, it is the old ‘soft credit.'

I can’t find an affiliation code. Where should I look? 

Affiliation codes went to lots of different places. Take a look at the glossary to try to figure out where the data went. Maybe an attribute? Maybe a committee? Maybe a recognition society?

I can’t find my report. Where should I look? 

The M reports were recreated and are available on the “UCF Report Page”. All other lists are available in that area as well. Might be a little different, but browse through those reports & lists and we are 99% sure you will find what you are after. Still looking? Check with your Super User to try to create a query, selection, or export. Finally, if all else fails, please submit an IRF.

I can’t find a constituent. Where should I look? 

Looking for a constituent can be tricky – have you tried wildcards like % or *? Also, make sure that you have the right check boxes checked (or unchecked) as they affect results. If ‘exact match only’ is checked, you will limit results.

I see a duplicate. What should I do?

How do I request a report?  

Complete an IRF, after you’ve tried to get what you need from existing reports & lists.

How do I close an opportunity (formerly a proposal)?
