This interactive session will be focused on identifying how we use social media and our digitall options, whether it's an issue we wish to address, and if so, how to break up with our screens.  Work through practical options to find yourself more engaged with others and enjoying life more. Be Well UC & the College of Nursing have partnered to offer monthly blood pressure screenings at University Hall and on the Uptown Campus.  Drop in when it's convenient during the times posted.  No registration needed.  All are welcome.

Be Well UC will add 10 points to each person who registers for and participates in the 5th year of UC Serves.  They have a BIG goal: 50 sites, 500+ volunteers!
