Blood Pressure Screenings

The first Thursday of every month in the Fall Semester, Kimber Andrews will lead a Yoga As You Are session. These brief sessions will help you refresh while reconnecting with colleagues from our community. Those eligible will earn 10 Be Well UC points if you sign in!  

September 6, October 4, November 8, December 6 from 12:30-12:50 p.m. in Langsam Library (Uptown/Main Campus) behind the triceratops statue.  All are welcome to participate.

Additional UC and Community Based Programs

Programs in this section are put on by other UC departments or hosted in the community and may also be used to earn Be Well UC points.

Quitting and reducing tobacco use is hard.  Don't go it alone!  Learn how to navigate tools and resources that meet your needs while being in a supportive group setting to help you plan a successful quit plan!
