Learn It Live

Small group, interactive, coaching-like format on a variety of topics to help make wellness feel “bite-sized.” Using the theme, you’ll be talking with the facilitator and dynamically with your colleagues. Leave with a strategy or an approach to help you feel capable to make change one decision at a time. 

All sessions will be held online via WebEx. Led by Be Well UC, your employee wellness program. All who pre-register will receive an email reminder with the WebEx information.


Well-being Wednesdays

As we move through this unprecedented time in our country, with challenges and uncertainty impacting both our professional and personal lives, it is more important than ever to make sure you are taking care of yourself both physically and mentally.

Whether you’re struggling to adjust to remote work and online classes, taking care of children or aging parents, or feeling socially isolated, so much rapid change can take a toll.

In response, Healthy UC is launching an initiative called Well-being Wednesdays. This weekly series will give faculty, staff and students the opportunity to participate in a variety of interactive and educational programming online.

Educator and mother of two, Sarah and her guest experts will be teaching the vital skills needs to cope with the new challenges during these difficult times. Quitting and reducing tobacco use is hard.  Don't go it alone!  Learn how to navigate tools and resources that meet your needs while being in a supportive group setting to help you plan a successful quit plan! Attend both sessions to increase your chance to succeed.  Sessions can be one-on-one or in a group setting.  Reach out to or call 513-556-0116 to get started!

Did you know Be Well UC points can be earned for blood drives around UC?  Log the blood drive you attend for 10 "UC sponsored event" points! Visit the Hoxworth Blood Center page to register and for details.

Mark your calendars for the first ever event for staff by staff on Friday, June 19 for a day full of educational sessions and drop-in expo tables. The event is sponsored by the Staff Senate, the Staff Success Center and Human Resources. All eligible employees will earn 25 Be Well UC points. Registration coming soon.
