  • Who is Alyfe?

Alyfe Wellbeing Strategies is a health and wellness company that provides a variety of health and wellness services designed to help you achieve healthier living.  This company is the third party vendor who manages the online portal for the Be Well UC program.  The Alyfe team strives to help members find the “y” in life.

  • How do I set up an account?

When you become an eligible participant, Alyfe will send a welcome email with instructions on how to log in.  You can also go directly to bewelluc.alyfewellbeing.com. On the portal, you'll enter your personal credentials to log in.

If this is your first time logging in, click "Register a New Account", then complete your personal profile by using your first and last name as it appears in your UC Flex Employee Self Service account along with your date of birth to complete all required fields.  Do not enter a middle name or initial. You can create any username or password you choose.

If your spouse is enrolled in a UC medical plan and is not a UC employee, he or she is also able to access the Alyfe portal.  He or she should enter his or her name as it appears on your UC Flex Employee Self Service account. He or she should follow the same instructions when logging in.

  • How do I reset my password?
If you happen to forget your login information, click "Forgot password?" or "Forgot username?" links on the Alyfe portal log in page. You will be prompted to reset whichever one you select.
  • Can anyone else see my information on the portal?

No.  Your personal health information and data is kept confidential.  The Privacy Policy document states, "Alyfe adheres to all rules and regulations under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)."  Your information will never be shared with the Be Well UC team.  The Privacy Policy is also availabe on the Alyfe portal.
