Rubinstein Labs

Rubinstein Lab

The Rubinstein lab conducts basic, translational and clinical research in order to better understand and apply basic science findings towards the well-being of patients with cardiovascular diseases. While our primary research focus is the role of Transient Receptor Potential Vanilloid channels on cardiovascular function, we also work closely with other researchers in order to help translate their findings towards clinically relevant cardiovascular endpoints.

Our laboratory is consists of full-time research staff as well as student researchers. We are currently funded by the NIH, AHA and a number of internal funding mechanisms.
