On Aug. 29, 2021, at about 1:15 a.m., police responded to the 2300 block of Victor Street for an assault report. The victim and the witnesses, all UC students, said they were walking with the suspects when the suspects began to push the victim, then assaulting the victim. The witnesses attempted to intervene, then the suspects fled.
