UC s Youngest Community Members Go Fishing On Friday
Young children of the UC community are invited to go fishin when the Disney movie Finding Nemo shows at 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Friday, March 5 in the Great Hall of Tangeman University Center. The event is sponsored by UCs Program and Activities Council and Friday Night Live.
Denise Hite, graduate assistant for campus activities and programming, says in between showings of the undersea adventure, children can take a chance on winning a goldfish at the fishing pond, plus, there will be cookie decorating, coloring contests and special Finding Nemo prize baskets that include a Finding Nemo DVD and dinner certificates.
The event is free and open to the UC community. Hite says the UC sponsors issued special invitations to children of the UC families who live in Morgans and Scioto Halls. For more information, contact Denise Hite at 513-556-6115.
