Student Alan Marrero went out on a ledge in seeking an A in art. Last Sunday, he positioned a startlingly life-like sculpture of himself on an outcropping 15 feet from the College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning floor. In the Stock Market Game, students and adults invested $100,000 over a 10-week period. The game, which is administered in Cincinnati by UC s Economics Center for Education & Research, is open to students in grades 4 to 12. The results are in and the winning students have returned from New York City. Some adults played, as well, but not any better!
