UC's Virtual Career Fair is set for Feb. 7-14.  First offered in 1999, the e-career fair saved time and money for strapped employers trying to recruit in a tight market.  Today, it still allows students and alumni by the hundreds to participate in a Web meet-and-greet with employers across the nation.

Law School Plans Women's Conference On Law And Social Change

The conference, "Women Coming Together," is sponsored by the Ford Foundation and will provide opportunities to develop new strategies, expand and enhance coalitions, and share ideas about how to claim the law as a vehicle for social change. The focus will be on women's health and well-being.

'Take A Kid To The Game' Promotion Coming To UC On Sunday

Individual youngsters age 12 and under will get in free when accompanied by a paying adult to the Jan. 23 women's basketball game vs. TCU at the Fifth Third Arena at Shoemaker Center. The promotion is part of the 10th annual "Take A Kid To The Game" Day celebration.
